We want to personally let you know that BioInsight is temporarily pausing specimen collection services in Winnipeg, MB, until further notice.

This pause comes at the request of the Manitoba Quality Assurance Program (ManQAP) of the College of Physicians and Surgeons, which has asked us to complete some additional regulatory reviews before we can continue taking on new patients.

We understand how important our services are to patients, providers, and the communities we serve, and we’re fully committed to meeting these requirements as quickly as possible. Our team is working closely with ManQAP to ensure that when we resume operations, we do so with the highest standards of quality and compliance.
