Due to the nature of our personalized health services, all DNA and blood testing purchases are non-refundable once samples have been collected or kits have been opened. If your kit arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement. Your satisfaction is important to us—please reach out with any concerns.

Unopened Kits
Return Policy for Unopened Kits
At BioInsight DNA & Blood Services, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’ve changed your mind or no longer need your testing kit, we offer hassle-free returns for unopened kits within 30 days of purchase.

The kit must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

The security seal on the kit must be fully intact.
📦 How to Return Your Kit

Contact our Customer Support Team at info@bioinsight-dna-blood-services.com or call 1-877409-5855 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Carefully repackage your kit, include the RA number, and ship it using a trackable method to the address provided by our team.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund.

Approved returns will be refunded in full, minus any original shipping costs.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after receipt and inspection.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
